Piast Gliwice, in collaboration with Partner Clubs, is implementing an intense cooperation in the 2025/26 season. Together, they organize training sessions, tournaments and visits. As a result, young footballers can develop their skills and draw inspiration from players competing in the Ekstraklasa on a daily basis. The visits of Piast Gliwice players to partner clubs are an opportunity for joint training, discussions and exchange of experiences between Piast Gliwice players and young players from partner clubs. There was also time for joint photos and autographs. For the youngest participants, this was a unique opportunity to get to know the realities of professional football up close, as well as to draw inspiration from players competing on a daily basis on the Ekstraklasa pitches. The cooperation of Piast Gliwice with Partner Clubs is an important element of the development of young footballers. Thanks to this, young players can develop their skills and draw inspiration from players competing in the Ekstraklasa on a daily basis. Jointly organized training sessions and tournaments are an opportunity for competition and integration among players representing different clubs. The training sessions of the Partner Clubs' Representative Team are an important element of the cooperation of Piast Gliwice with Partner Clubs. In the 2025/26 season, 31 training units took place, in which a total of 81 players from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 age groups participated. For young footballers, this was a great opportunity for additional development, work in a new training environment, and competition with outstanding players from other partner clubs. The training sessions also allowed for the integration of participants and exchange of experiences among players representing different clubs. In addition to training, participation in 10 tournaments took place, during which players could test their skills in competition with peers on the pitch.
