The third match, also played in Gliwice, ended with a triumph for Juninho's team 6:3. The final decision took place in Przemyśl, where Piast won 4:2 and defended the championship title. Eurobus Przemyśl did not give up without a fight, but ultimately had to acknowledge the superiority of Piast Gliwice. The team from Gliwice won thanks to good teamwork and effective attack.
